Wallet and tokens
Choose Arc, connect an external EVM wallet, and select your tokens. Before quoting, Route asks your wallet to switch to Arc. If the network is missing, it requests adding Arc using the public RPChttps://rpc.mainnet.arc.io. Adding a network does not provide funds or bypass any network access restrictions.
USDC is Arc’s native gas currency. Wallet-native balances use 18 decimals; the USDC token interface uses 6 decimals. Route converts these units exactly. Keep USDC available for gas when buying or selling another token.
Token discovery is not verification or an endorsement. Check the contract address before swapping.
Fees and execution
Arc swaps charge zero Route fee. Pool fees, token taxes and network gas remain separate costs. Robinhood’s existing swap fees are unchanged. The Arc executor is0x33C65bA72B023BF6B207D7B62275630cA433AFB8. An ERC-20 input may require approval to this exact address. Approvals are limited to the input amount; tokens with an existing insufficient allowance may require resetting it first. Native USDC input does not require token approval.
After an approval confirms, request a fresh quote before signing the swap. Quotes expire, and preparation checks current balances, allowances, deployment identity and an actual-address simulation. Swaps enforce exact input, the connected wallet as recipient, a minimum output and a deadline. The initial website uses 0.5% slippage.
